Returns & Exchanges

At Play with Elorias, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all packaging intact to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return to receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original box and include the printed return slip provided during the online authorization process.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to the exterior of the package and drop it off at any authorized courier location within 7 days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
